Beautiful pool area was fantastic.
The room was dark, and the noise from outside made it impossible to relax. There were no actual doors between rooms, so we could hear everything from the beach bar and surrounding areas. Our snorkeling tour recommendation was a rip-off, short and overpriced. One night the power went out, and the emergency generator was loud and right outside our window.

Cool hotel with good wi-fi, the location was amazing in the restaurant except for breakfast. The room was new-fashioned and tidy, had private bathroom. Lovely staff, everything was awesome. Location: the venue was right by the beach side. Easily reached La coqueta, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. Truly enjoyed our fantastic stay and did not want to leave.

We explored the nearby cenotes, swam in crystal-clear waters, and enjoyed the lush garden and pool. The staff was super helpful, and the rooftop view is lovely. Pro tip, rent a car for easy beach access. Definitely planning to visit the restaurant next time!
One small downside was that my room was next to the road. It got a bit noisy at night. But it didn't ruin our stay. Just something to consider if you're a light sleeper.
